This course is aimed in particular at university staff who are taking on teaching duties for the first time. However, more experienced lecturers are sure to find some useful ideas here too and are, of course, very welcome to attend.
The Crash Course in Higher Education Didactics offers participants a practical and tried-and-tested framework for planning and delivering courses and examinations, thereby making it easier for them to get started in teaching. The three-hour session covers the topics ‘Formulating learning goals’, ‘Determining examination formats’ and ‘Designing teaching’.
Participation is free of charge; no prior registration is required and there are no restrictions on participation. The ‘Crash Course in Higher Education Didactics’ does not count towards the certificate ‘University Teaching Lower Saxony’.
